About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Houston's south side handles more than just household goods. The lot has outside units with rollup doors and drive-up access, including a 10x30 that fits a boat or vehicle. There are also indoor units if you want your rig out of the weather. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name. Rose and Candi come up often for being patient and walking people through the paperwork. One reviewer said Rose stayed late to finish their rental. Others point to the reservation process and clear explanations as reasons they stuck around. Access is 24/7, and the property is wheelchair accessible. A few reviews mention billing headaches, like late fees and a mix-up over a move-out. The positive comments far outnumber those, but it's worth knowing before you sign. The 4.8 rating comes from 419 Google reviews.
