About Public Storage
This Houston Public Storage sits in the self-storage category but also lists RV, boat and automobile storage, with indoor units on the menu. Units range from 5x5 up to 10x30, and most are outside units with rollup doors and drive-up access, which helps if you are pulling in with a rig. A few smaller and medium spaces are ground floor or inside. The gates are gated and the lot has cameras, so security comes up in reviews alongside the staff. Polite and helpful are the words reviewers use most, and several mention a smooth process from booking to move-in. Others single out an employee named Albert for being friendly and knowledgeable about deals. The reviews are not all glowing. One person describes a unit break-in and trouble reaching the general manager, and another calls the office staff unprofessional. Read through the recent ones before you commit.
