About Public Storage
This Houston Public Storage rents indoor and drive-up units, including 10x15 and 10x20 sizes on the ground floor and outside. Some units come with elevator access or rollup doors, and boat storage is listed among the options. The property sits close to Highway 59 and Beltway 8, so getting a rig in and out is straightforward. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, and one name comes up again and again: Mary. People describe her as kind, welcoming and good at walking them through the process, and more than one says she is the reason they rented here. Others call the property clean and well maintained. The 4.7 rating across 668 reviews is strong, but it is not unanimous. One reviewer had a bad run with a promised callback that never came and complaints about how the office handled it. Read the recent reviews yourself before you commit.
