About Public Storage
This Houston Public Storage handles RV, boat and car storage alongside regular self-storage, and it sits on a gated property with lighting and 24/7 access. Covered, indoor and outdoor spots are mentioned, so there are a few ways to park a rig depending on what you drive. Drive-up access and keypad entry are part of the setup. The front office gets most of the love in reviews. Ms. Gail comes up often, described as informative and kind, someone who walks people through access step by step. Another reviewer singled out Ms. Theresa for making the visit memorable. Staff politeness and clear explanations show up again and again across 533 reviews at 4.8 stars. Free reservations with no commitment are mentioned in the facility's own write-up. Not every review is glowing. One renter reported bugs, animal droppings and a bad smell in their unit and said they were looking to move. Worth reading the full reviews yourself before you sign anything.
