About Public Storage
This Public Storage location in Houston offers covered, indoor, and outdoor storage for RVs, boats, and cars. The property is gated with keypad and electronic gate access. Some reviewers mention the staff is courteous and helpful, especially during the renting process. One review noted that Anthony made choosing moving boxes easy. Others appreciated the clean and organized facility. The climate-controlled spaces are indoors, and some reviewers say the temperature can vary. The elevator is for freight only, so you'll take the stairs. A few reviews mention that the gate sometimes has issues with the app, and one reports a break-in. Management is not always on site during business hours, so you may need to call ahead. The app is available for gate access, but be prepared for occasional glitches.
