About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Houston and rents both indoor climate controlled units and outdoor drive-up spaces, including vehicle and RV parking. Access runs around the clock, so you can pull in when it suits you rather than working around a gate schedule. Reviews land at 4.6 stars across 335 of them, and the renting process comes up most often. Several people name staff members like Gabrielle and Gabriel for walking them through pricing and unit sizes patiently. Others describe a clean facility and helpful people at the counter. The truck gets mentioned plenty too, though at least one reviewer says availability was misrepresented. Not every review is warm. A few describe rude service, a dirty property, and a billing dispute that dragged on after a unit was emptied. Worth reading through before you reserve. Online rental lets you skip the counter, and reserving a space costs nothing and carries no commitment.
