About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Houston offers several ways to park your rig, from uncovered drive-up spots to enclosed units. You can choose outdoor, covered, or indoor storage, so there's a fit whether you want basic parking or more protection. The lot is open 24/7, which helps if you need to get in or out at odd hours. Reviewers often mention Elsie, the manager, by name. They describe her as friendly, professional, and good at helping people figure out the right unit size. Many note that she made the rental process easy and took time to answer questions. A few reviews mention other staff being polite and informative. One reviewer had a problem with a roof leak and felt the response was slow, so it's worth checking the condition of any unit you're shown. The facility also rents standard self-storage units and sells moving supplies. Reservations can be made online.
