About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the east side of Houston handles more than boxes. The lot has drive-up units up to 10x30 that work for RVs and boats, plus smaller inside units if you just need overflow space. Some spots are climate controlled. You can pull right up to the roll-up door on the bigger ones. Access is 24/7, so you're not racing a gate schedule. The place rates 4.6 from 639 Google reviews. A lot of those reviews mention Ms. Rachel by name, saying she's patient and helpful and resolves issues. One reviewer called her "sweet" and said she suggested a bigger unit that worked out. Not every review is glowing. One person reported a break-in and wasn't satisfied with how it was handled. Worth knowing before you sign. If you want a quick read on the staff, the positive reviews are pretty consistent.
