About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits off Beltway 8 in Humble, just past the Walmart near the Wilson Rd U-turn. It is a self-storage facility that also lists RV, boat, and automobile storage, with climate-controlled indoor units in sizes from 5x10 up to 10x20. Some units are on the ground floor, others reached by elevator. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Natasha and Janine get named for being polite, informative, and willing to walk someone through a unit before they commit. Elevator access near the front door gets called convenient, and the property is described as clean and well kept. There are also complaints: one reviewer had a pest problem and a refund they were still waiting on, and another said the carts are often missing or broken. Online rental is available if you would rather skip the counter. The owner says reserving a space is free with no commitment.
