About Public Storage

This Public Storage sits in Hyattsville, Maryland, and the indoor units are climate controlled. You'll find sizes from medium 10x10s up to a large 10x30, some with ground floor access and rollup doors, others up the elevator. Access runs around the clock, so you can get to your rig on your own schedule. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. One person said a manager stepped in when a family member's account was past due and helped sort it out. Another mentioned a manager named Lakita who walked them through the rental in person and even lowered the rent on three units. Kevin gets named too, for being patient when a unit turned out to have pipes in it. People also call the place quiet and clean in spots. Not every review is glowing. Someone complained about a lightbulb that never got changed, carts that were never around, and an elevator that goes out of service. Others said the front desk is slow to return calls and weekends can feel short-staffed. The price for the location got credit even from a less happy customer.
