About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Indianapolis and handles both indoor and outdoor options. Indoor units are climate controlled, and some come with elevator access or a spot near the door. For rigs there is large parking outside, uncovered, with drive-up access and 24 hour entry. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Laura and Lori get named, and people describe them as kind, professional and quick to help. One renter transferred in from another location and stayed because of the tour Laura gave. Clean facility comes up a lot too, along with easy in and out and units that were clean on arrival. A few mention the pricing as reasonable and say the whole process was quick and easy. Smaller indoor units run from 5x5 to 10x15 if you have gear to stow alongside the rig. Climate control gets called out by several reviewers. Online rental is available if you would rather skip the counter. The lot is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking.
