About Public Storage

This Public Storage on the west side of Indianapolis rents spaces for RVs, boats, and vehicles, including a 10x30 unit sized for a boat or vehicle. The lot is gated and has cameras, and you can get in 24/7. There are also climate-controlled inside units and drive-up outside units if you need room for other things. Reviewers often bring up the staff. Several name Jackie and Jason for being friendly and patient, and one person said the property manager handled a break-in well. Others mention the self-serve kiosk and how clean the place is. But there are warnings. One reviewer had an RV broken into repeatedly and said no one notified them. Another said the gates lock at 9 and they had the cops called on them three times while loading after hours. A moving company owner called their experience unprofessional. If you park here, double-check your locks and know the gate schedule.
