About Public Storage
Public Storage on the east side of Indianapolis offers outside, drive-up units in sizes from 5x5 to 10x30. The 10x30 spots can fit a boat or vehicle. Access is 24/7, and there's a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot. Reviewers often mention the staff. Kevin and Brandi get shout-outs for being kind and understanding. Robin is praised for walking a first-timer through the rental process step by step. Emily and Danielle also come up as helpful with questions. People say the app and kiosk make renting easy, and the spaces are clean. Not every review is positive. Some mention rats and mice in units, and a few complain about rates going up. It's worth asking about pest control and confirming your rate before you sign.
