About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Indianapolis and handles more than household goods. The listings cover RV, boat and car storage, with covered, indoor and outdoor options mentioned. Access is through a gate and keypad, and the lot is lit. Hours run around the clock, every day, so you can pull in when it suits you. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Polite is the word that shows up most, and several people name Angel, Rochelle and Jaylin for being patient and clear about rates and unit choices. One person said the move-in felt comfortable and the units clean. Another had a mix-up sorted out on the spot. One reviewer was unhappy about a mandatory insurance addendum and how it was handled. Worth asking about before you sign. Otherwise the run of feedback is warm, and the rating sits at 4.8 across 243 reviews.
