About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Indianapolis side of things runs a self-storage yard with outside drive-up units, including a 10x30 space sized for a boat or vehicle. If you want to pull the rig right up to the door, the 10x15 and 10x20 outside units are the ones to ask about. Climate controlled inside units sit on the first floor for the smaller stuff. Gate access runs around the clock, and reviewers bring that up more than once. Several folks had good luck with the self-service kiosk and the video chat check-in, calling it a quick process with little waiting. Polite, helpful staff come up a lot in the reviews, and Tim gets named for checking in after an online booking and helping with a move-out. Not everyone is happy. A few long-term renters describe rate increases that stung, and one mentions auto-pay trouble and fees. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you sign.
