About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the Irving side of the metroplex handles RVs and boats with uncovered outdoor parking spots that let you pull straight up to your space. There are also enclosed and drive-up units in sizes like 10x15, 10x20, and 10x25 if you want your rig under a roof. Reviewers bring up staff by name often. Steve gets called welcoming and funny, and Roh gets credit for walking people through the whole rental and even showing the unit before they pay. Helpfulness comes up again and again, along with a clean facility. The reviews are not all glowing. Some renters complain about rate increases, locked doors with no one around, and a gate that has broken more than once. Vehicle break-ins come up too. Worth reading the recent ones before you commit. Reserving is free with no commitment, and the online eRental option lets you skip the counter.
