About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Irving, Texas, and rents outdoor uncovered parking spots for rigs, along with indoor units if you need one. Drive-up access means you pull in and park without much shuffling. The site is open 24/7, and the location is wheelchair accessible, including the parking lot. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Rita gets named for her smile and how she makes paying a bill feel easy. Rebecca walked one renter through the application with patience, and Kayla drew praise for getting someone into a new unit fast. Plenty of reviews land on the same notes: kind staff, a clean site, and clear explanations during the rental process. Not everything is glowing. A few reviewers mention slow follow-up and trouble reaching the property manager by phone, plus hallway lights out for months. The rating sits at 4.7 across 248 Google reviews. Climate-controlled indoor units are an option, though most renters come here for the outdoor vehicle parking.
