About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Island Park offers climate-controlled self-storage with elevator access and ground-floor options. The facility is clean and well-kept, according to several reviewers who mention the condition of the property. Staff get a lot of praise in reviews. Valerie, Abu, and Jane are singled out for being patient and explaining the rental process clearly. One reviewer calls the setup easy. Another says the manager keeps the place very clean. Not every review is positive. One customer complains about a billing email error that caused ongoing problems, and another warns about a rent increase after signing. If you need a unit with elevator access or climate control, this location might work. Check the contract details before you commit.
