About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Jacksonville Beach and handles more than just household goods. The listings include covered, indoor, and outdoor spots, and they rent to RV, boat, and car owners. The gate is electronic with keypad access, and the lot is lit. You can get to your rig any time, day or night, since the property is open 24/7. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Over and over, people mention Patricia and Pat by name. They describe them as efficient, thorough, and willing to walk you through the whole process. One person said they switched unit sizes and got the best rate without a hassle. Another noted that after explaining what they were bringing, the staff suggested a bigger unit that turned out to be perfect. Several mention the place is clean, including the area around the units. If you are military, a few reviewers note the staff is friendly to that. The team also gets praise for being trustworthy and explaining things honestly. You can reserve online for free, and there is an eRental option if you want to skip the counter.
