About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Kansas City and handles more than boxes. RV, boat and car storage are on the list, with covered, indoor and outdoor spots mentioned. The lot is gated with keypad access and cameras, and there's an on-site manager. Reviews lean heavily on the staff. Helpful people come up again and again, and several reviewers name Amanda for being quick, friendly and willing to walk them out to look at open spots before they commit. One mentions winning a unit and being walked through the process. Parking, the drive-up access and the lit property come up too. Not every review is good. One owner says their RV was stolen one winter along with two others, from a spot the cameras couldn't see, and that the thieves cut the fence and had a gate code. Staff were called helpful in that review, but the outcome was bad. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you book.
