About Public Storage
Public Storage on Military Road in Kent handles both indoor units and outdoor parking, and reviews say staff get named a lot. Melissa, Brandon, and Janet come up again and again for being patient with questions and taking time on walk-throughs. One reviewer showed up late for a scheduled tour and still got sorted out. The setup fits different needs. There are inside units with elevator access and rollup doors, plus ground-floor options near the door. For rigs there is outside drive-up parking that takes RVs, boats, or vehicles. Access runs around the clock, so you are not locked into office hours. The facility scores 4.7 across 468 Google reviews. A newer elevator got mentioned more than a few times, and people describe the rental process as quick. Reviews are not all glowing; one person said getting hold of staff can take an appointment. Entry and parking are wheelchair accessible.
