About Public Storage
Public Storage on John Young Parkway in Kissimmee keeps gates open around the clock, so you can pull a rig in or out whenever your trip starts. The yard handles covered, indoor and outdoor parking, and boats and cars fit here too, not just RVs. Reviews run heavily toward the staff. John comes up again and again for walking people through their options, answering questions, and helping folks move things around. One customer of four years praised his professionalism, and another mentioned the grounds and office staying clean. Andria gets shout-outs too for checking on people in the Florida heat with a smile. Book online if you want to skip the counter and head straight to your space. The reviews aren't all glowing, though. One person described problems with gate access and said communication only picked up near billing time. Worth reading the full set before you commit.
