About Public Storage
A Public Storage spot in Lake Worth Beach that handles more than just household goods. The categories list covered, indoor and outdoor storage, and RV, boat and car storage are all part of the lineup. Electronic gate access with keypads runs 24/7, and there's an on-site manager. Drive-up access is available too. Reviewers keep bringing up Kim, the property manager. People call her welcoming, quick to answer the phone and clear about how things work, and plenty of reviews credit her for how smooth the rental went. The property itself gets called clean, and several folks mention the staff being easy to talk to. A couple of notes from the reviews. One renter said the app that opens the gate doesn't always work here, though they had no trouble with payments. Another had a flooded unit and a non-refundable setup fee they weren't happy about. Worth reading through the 506 reviews yourself before you commit. The facility sits in East Lake Worth.
