About Public Storage
Public Storage on the north side of Lewisville runs a big self-storage property with indoor, climate-controlled units and some ground-floor spots you can drive right up to. Online rental lets you skip the counter, and the office handles moving supplies if you need boxes. Reviewers often bring up the staff by name. Yessi, Vicki, and Tyler get shout-outs for being kind and getting people signed up fast. People also call the place clean and easy to get in and out of, and the unit selection gets mentioned a lot. The complaint that shows up more than once is rent going up. One reviewer saw a 33 percent jump after four months, another a 110 percent increase, and a third said the office was often locked during posted hours. Worth asking about rate history before you sign.
