About Public Storage
Public Storage on the edge of Long Beach is a self-storage spot that also handles vehicle storage. It's got a 4.5-star average from over 700 Google reviews, and a lot of those reviews mention the front desk staff by name. People say Darlene and Carmen are kind and helpful, and Ali broke down procedures so a renter could understand them. One reviewer called the crew "sweet staff" and another said the rental process was easy and professional. The facility offers small lockers and units from 5x5 up to 5x15, some on the ground floor and some with elevator access. A couple of reviewers mention switching units and a smooth transition, so moving between spaces seems doable. There's also a note about wheelchair accessibility at the entrance and parking lot. Not every review is glowing: a couple of people mention rats, so it's worth asking about pest control when you visit. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and there's an eRental option to skip the counter. If you have questions, the staff seems to be the strong point. As one reviewer put it, they make you feel important.
