About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Long Beach side runs a self-storage lot that also takes RVs, boats and cars. You get covered, indoor or outdoor spots, and the place is gated with keypad entry and lights. There is an on-site manager and drive-up access, so you pull right up to your space instead of hauling gear down a hallway. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff by name. Jeff, Juan and Sam come up again and again for walking people through the rental process, sizing a unit to what they actually have, and staying patient when plans change. The lots and units get called clean and secure. One reviewer said Juan even helped load and unload, which is more than you'd expect from a storage lot. The rating sits at 4.9 across 554 Google reviews, which is high for this kind of facility. Booking is free with no commitment, and there is an online eRental option if you want to skip the counter. Hours vary, so check before you drive over.
