About Public Storage

This Public Storage sits in Los Angeles and handles both indoor units and large outdoor parking spots. The parking is uncovered with drive up access, which suits an RV you just need a spot for. Indoor units come climate controlled, some on the ground floor, others by elevator, in sizes from 5x5 up to 10x30. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff by name. Edwin gets called patient and professional, and one person said he sorted out a problem with a different location the same day. Kareem and Gabriel come up too, mostly for making a unit change or a move-out quick. People describe the place as clean and safe, with decent parking spaces on site. Renters mention reserving online through the app and setting up an account without much friction. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking lot. Hours apply, so it is not a 24/7 gate.
