About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Louisville and handles self-storage plus outdoor parking for RVs, cars and boats. The outdoor spots are uncovered and drive-up, so you pull in and park. There are also ground-floor units from 5x10 up to 10x15 with rollup doors and drive-up access if you need room for gear. Gates are open 24/7, and you can book online through eRental to skip the counter. The place gets 4.5 stars across 432 Google reviews. Reviewers bring up the staff a lot, and some name Kim, Kent, Jennie and Lori by name for answering questions, returning calls and helping with jammed locks. Others mention quick rentals and clear explanations. It is not all praise. A few reviews describe being understaffed and a process that took more calls than it should. Worth reading through the reviews before you commit.
