About Public Storage
This Louisville Public Storage sits on the self-storage side of town and rents to more than just households. The unit list runs from small climate controlled inside spaces up to 10x30 drive-up units, and a few of those outside spots are set up for vehicle or boat parking. Ground floor and rollup door units make it easy to walk your rig in and out. Cameras are on site and access is available around the clock. Reviews land at 4.8 across 572 ratings, and the staff gets most of the credit. People name Rick and the manager for walking them through the process, handling problems on the spot, and staying patient when things go sideways. Several mention clean units and organized grounds. A couple of reviewers describe break-ins and missing items, and one complains about rates climbing over the years, so read through the recent reviews yourself before you commit. Renting can be done online through eRental if you want to skip the counter. The company says it has been in business nearly 50 years. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking are available.
