About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Mud Lane in Louisville, and the reviews keep coming back to the people. Rodney gets named for chasing down an answer to an odd question and calling back fast. Byrd gets credit for walking someone through the contract and payment process. Kent and Chrys come up too. Staff attention is the through line here. The place has also changed hands, and reviewers noticed. One longtime renter was ready to leave over the old customer service and stayed after the switch, saying the app is easy to use. Others call the property clean, well-maintained, and easy to get in and out of. The unit lineup covers outside drive-up spaces from 5x10 up to 10x30, plus climate controlled inside units on the first floor in 10x15 and 10x20. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and eRental lets you skip the counter. The company says it has been at this nearly 50 years.
