About Public Storage
This Louisville Public Storage handles self storage plus car, boat and RV parking, with covered, indoor and outdoor options listed. The lot sits behind a locked gate and entry runs on a keypad. Access is 24/7, and the grounds are lit. The office is wheelchair accessible, and there is a rack of moving supplies if you need boxes. The reviews are mixed but lean positive at 4.6 from 321 ratings. Staff come up most often, and reviewers describe them as polite and friendly. One auction buyer called the property very clean and praised a worker who walked her through everything. Another repeat customer said no bugs, no damage and no drama. A few renters had booking and billing trouble, one waited well past a scheduled appointment and another was charged for two units.
