About Public Storage
This is a Public Storage on the self-storage side of things in Louisville, but the lot handles RVs and boats too. You'll find covered, indoor and outdoor spots, so there's a fit whether you want the rig out in the open or under a roof. Access is through a gated, keypad entry, and the property is lit and open around the clock. There's an on-site manager and drive-up access to the units. Reviews run 4.7 across 473 of them, and the staff get mentioned a lot. People call out Rodney and Samantha by name for walking them through the rental and helping them pick a space. One reviewer noted that staff aren't always inside the unit buildings, so keep that in mind if you want a hand with your code at the door. Reserving online is free and doesn't lock you in, and the eRental option lets you skip the counter.
