About Public Storage
Public Storage on the south side of Louisville offers indoor storage for RVs and boats, plus standard self-storage units. The property is gated and has cameras, and you can get to your rig 24/7. Climate-controlled units are available if you want to keep things dry. Reviewers mention the staff by name, especially Ashley and Carrie, for being polite and helpful. The property gets called clean and nice more than a few times. But not every review is positive. Some folks had trouble with gate codes and unit locks, and a few complain about rate hikes and rude service. The place has drive-up access to some units, which helps if you're pulling a trailer. Online rental lets you skip the counter. It's worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you book.
