About Public Storage
Public Storage in Maple Grove runs a clean, secure facility where you need a passcode for the loading bay, floors, and elevator. Reviewers often mention Chris and Ryan by name for being patient and helpful, especially when lock issues or online sign-ups go sideways. The units are climate controlled and range from small 5x10 lockers to large 10x20 spaces, some with drive-up access. Online rental lets you skip the counter, and the place is open 24/7. One reviewer wished for more flatbed carts and trash cans by the elevators, but most call it well maintained. It's a solid pick if you want a climate-controlled unit and staff who actually pick up the phone.
