About Public Storage

Public Storage in Maple Shade is a self-storage facility that also handles RVs, boats, and cars. It's open 24/7, so you can get to your rig whenever you need to. The place has a 4.8-star rating from 485 Google reviews, which is pretty solid for storage. Reviewers often mention the staff by name. Tierra, Tiara, and Nicole come up for being helpful and explaining things clearly. One person said they felt comfortable talking about their situation, and another appreciated the detailed walkthrough of the locking system. The app and e-rental option get mentioned too, with people finding it efficient for setting up and managing their unit. Not every review is positive. One person complained about no management on site, the lot not being plowed, and a damaged unit. They said the call center wasn't helpful but a district manager later reached out. The facility is wheelchair accessible with an entrance and parking lot. If you're considering it, the staff seem to be the highlight for many.
