About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Maricopa side runs an RV, boat and car storage operation alongside its regular self-storage. You get covered, indoor or outdoor spots, drive-up access, and a gated entry with keypad and cameras. The lot is lit. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Alexis comes up again and again, described as friendly, patient and quick to answer questions, and several people mention a welcoming feel and a smooth rental process. Clean units and quick, efficient service get nods too. Not everyone is happy. A few reviewers complain about rent increases after the company took over a previous operator, and one had a bad run-in over a lock and a damage invoice. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and you can use eRental to skip the counter. The site is wheelchair accessible. If you want the full picture on rates and space availability, call ahead before you haul the rig over.
