About Public Storage

This Memphis Public Storage handles RVs, boats and vehicles alongside regular household storage. You get both indoor and outdoor options. The outdoor spots are drive-up with rollup doors, and some are enclosed. There are also climate controlled inside units if you would rather keep your rig out of the weather. The place is open around the clock, so you are not working around office hours to get to your rig. Booking can be done online, and the eRental option lets you skip the counter on move-in day. Reviews back up the staff more than anything else. Caroline comes up again and again, described as friendly, informative and willing to go past what the job asks. One reviewer said she worked with them on rent when they raised a pricing concern. Others mention a clean, well-kept facility and a move-in that went smoothly, with information sent right after booking. The rating sits at 4.9 across 826 reviews. That is a lot of people taking the time to say something nice.
