About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Miami and handles more than household clutter. The listing covers RV storage alongside car and boat storage, with covered, indoor and outdoor options mentioned. Access runs through an electronic gate and keypad, and the grounds are lit. Reviews land at 4.7 across 541 Google ratings, and the staff names that come up get praised. Netta is called professional and quick, and one reviewer credits her with sealing the rental after showing the unit. Laquette gets a similar nod for fitting in a last-minute customer. Others mention efficient service and a welcoming feel. It is not all smooth. Some reviewers describe rude treatment at the office and trouble reaching anyone by phone. A few bring up refund and billing disputes, and one arrived during business hours to find the office locked with no attendant around. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you commit. The facility is wheelchair accessible.
