About Public Storage
Public Storage in Milford keeps RVs, boats, and cars behind a gate with keypad access. You can pick from covered, indoor, or outdoor spots. The place is lit, which helps if you're dropping off after dark. Reviewers keep mentioning Crystal and Ashley by name. Crystal gets credit for being patient and getting paperwork done without hassle. Ashley is described as smiling and helpful. One reviewer calls it the best storage facility they've used, pointing to cleanliness and service. Another likes the improvements and says it looks nice. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer complains about a rate increase after Public Storage bought out the previous owner and wishes they had been told beforehand. Online rental lets you skip the counter. The company has been in business for nearly 50 years.
