About Public Storage
This Mililani Public Storage handles self storage plus car, boat and RV parking. Spaces come covered, indoor or outdoor, behind a gate with keypad entry. Some units have drive up access, and the lot is lit. Reviews land at 4.6 stars across 62 ratings, and the staff names come up a lot. People describe them as patient and courteous, and one reviewer said a worker was able to get a stuck door open. Another wrote that a manager walked them through picking the right unit size. Military customers mention it too. The main complaint is price. One long-term renter said the monthly rate jumped sharply over nine months and that the facility was advertising lower rates online for new customers. The same person noted 15-year customers have stayed through management changes. If you're comparing, ask about current rates before you commit.
