About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Milpitas and handles more than household goods. It has outdoor, uncovered parking spots with drive-up access for RVs, boats and other vehicles, so you pull in and park rather than squeeze into a hallway. The property is gated and open around the clock. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, who get called kind and helpful over and over, and to how clean the place stays. Several mention how easy the rental process was, and a few say the rates were low or fair. One customer wrote about moving to a different parking space for a better monthly price. Not every review is glowing. One current customer complained about broken gate and door access and said no staff was on site to help at the time. Worth knowing before you sign. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and eRental lets you skip the counter.
