About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Joanne Lane in Mooresville, and the reviews lean heavily on the people. Kim and Paula come up by name, described as caring and helpful, and one reviewer was glad nobody tried to oversell them on a bigger unit than they needed. Units are climate controlled, with some upstairs and reachable by elevator and others on the first floor. A 10x10 renter mentioned the carts are handy and the space is clean and well maintained. Access runs 24/7, and renting can be done online so you skip the counter. Mixed in with the praise are complaints. One reviewer had trouble switching payments through the portal and got hit with a rent increase after a couple months with no notice. Another had a hard time reaching the property manager about a problem. Worth knowing before you sign.
