About Public Storage

This Public Storage sits in Morganville and rents indoor and outdoor units. The inside ones are climate controlled and reachable by elevator. The outside ones have rollup doors and drive-up access, and some sizes are marked for vehicle or boat parking. Rigs can pull right up to the door on those. Reviews run to both sides. Plenty of people mention kind staff and say their questions got answered. One reviewer praised a manager by name for being patient about a late payment. Others describe rent climbing over time, plus fees, and door or elevator problems that took more than one call to sort out. Access is 24/7, so you are not locked into office hours. Several reviewers said they could not reach anyone by phone or found the office locked. The listing says reserving is free with no commitment, and you can rent online and skip the counter. The address is on Route 9.
