About Public Storage

This Public Storage on Diehl Road in Naperville offers climate-controlled units in a range of sizes, from 10x10 to 10x25, with elevator access or ground-floor options. The facility is open 24/7, and you can use an app for entry. Reviewers often mention the clean, safe grounds and the absence of pests or cracks. A covered unloading area and dollies are available for move-ins. The staff gets a lot of praise, especially Sally and Nick, for being kind and patient. One reviewer called Sally professional and knowledgeable, and another said Nick answered all their questions without rushing. The rental process is described as smooth, and some reviewers appreciate the online eRental option. Others note the new facility and climate control as positives. Not every review is glowing. One long-term renter complained about repeated rate increases on a small unit.
