About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in New Castle, Delaware, and the reviews lean heavily on the staff. Ashley comes up by name more than once, with people calling her knowledgeable about unit sizes and pricing and quick to walk through options. Several reviewers mention the front desk answering questions without hesitation, and a few describe the rental process as easy from start to finish. The listed units are climate controlled and inside, ranging from small 5x5 and 5x10 up to medium 5x15 and 10x10. Some sit on the ground floor, and a few are marked as near the door or elevator. Online eRental lets you skip the counter, and reserving a space is free with no commitment. Not every review is warm. One tenant flagged steep price increases over three years and late fees that add up fast, and another described trouble getting help with a lost key. Worth reading the full reviews before you sign. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking lot.
