About Public Storage
This Public Storage on NC Hwy 16 in Newton handles more than household overflow. The lot has uncovered outdoor parking with drive-up access for RVs, boats, and other vehicles, plus enclosed 10x20 units for rigs that need a roof over them. Smaller climate controlled units are available too if you need a spot for gear. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Jeff, Kim, and Vickie get named for being patient, walking people through units before they sign, and following up fast after an online estimate. The property itself gets called clean and secure, and the online rental option lets you skip the counter. A few reviewers have raised concerns about billing and fees, and one update mentions a billing issue being resolved. Access is 24/7, so you can pull in or out on your own schedule. Reserve online for free with no commitment.
