About Public Storage
Public Storage in Norcross gives you covered, indoor and outdoor options for your rig, plus boat and car storage if you need room for more than one. The lot is gated with keypad access and lit, so you aren't fumbling around after dark. The reviews here lean on the staff. People name Keenya, Judy, Yannis and a few others by name, and the theme is the same: friendly, patient, willing to walk you through the online rental or set up a unit in person when the site wouldn't cooperate. Cleanliness comes up too, several folks mention the facility being kept spotless. A long-term customer of about 11 years sounds just as happy as the newer ones. Value gets mentioned often, with one reviewer noting they saved money after staff pointed out online promotions. Not every review is glowing. One person complained the hallways felt too cramped and that the advertised first-month price didn't match what they were charged. Worth asking about before you reserve. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and eRental lets you skip the counter.
