About Public Storage
This Oak Park Public Storage sits on the self-storage side of things but lists RV, boat and auto storage among its categories, so it may be worth a call if you are hunting for a spot for a rig. It is open 24/7, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. The office takes walk-ins and rentals can be started online if you would rather skip the counter. Reviews land at 4.7 from 446 people, and the same names keep coming up. Dion and Tanesha get called out for being personable and making the process easy, and Shanin and Shatoria turn up too. Polite and courteous are the words reviewers reach for most. A few mention help at the kiosk and a clean office. Not everyone leaves happy. One reviewer could not find the assigned unit and had trouble canceling, and another got locked out and could not reach a live person. Read the recent reviews before you commit.
