About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Ocala rents indoor and outdoor units plus large uncovered parking spots for RVs, boats, and other vehicles. You can pull right up to many of the outdoor spaces. Access is 24/7, and cameras are on site. Reviewers often mention the polite and patient staff. Trina, a customer care specialist, gets called out for being helpful and professional. The premises are described as clean, and a few people note affordable rates. Not every review is positive. Some renters say they were robbed or had trouble with homeless people living in a camper on site. Others complain that rates went up every few months without warning. There's also frustration about the office not always being staffed and support coming from Gainesville. The place has a 4.3 rating from 122 Google reviews. If you want details on availability, the website lets you reserve online.
