About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the Odenton side handles more than household clutter. The listing names covered, indoor and outdoor storage, and RV, boat and car storage are all on the service list. That range matters if you are parking a rig and storing gear in the same trip. Access runs through an electronic gate with keypad entry, and the site stays open around the clock. Reviewers bring up the same names more than once. Cynthia squared away a unit issue fast. Brittany fixed a door quickly and helped track down carts and a rope. The polite staff threads through most of the 334 reviews, which sit at 4.6 stars. One long-term renter did report mice droppings and a rent increase, so ask about unit condition before you sign. Online scheduling and moving supplies get mentions too. Reserving is free with no commitment, and the eRental option lets you skip the counter. The office is not always staffed, per one reviewer, so plan around that if you need a person in front of you.

“I have 2 units at this location and the only issues I am having are one elevator is not working and people leave the carts everywhere but where they are supposed to be.” – Marina A., 7 months ago, on Google
